Craig was very communicative in his service.  When he came the first time, he saw we were doing renovations and explained to me that it would be best to wait until after to do the cleaning.  But, he put a new filter in my furnace before he left, as it was VERY DIRTY.  He didn’t charge me for it, until he came back later to do the actual cleaning.
